So last time I had a respiratory function test the woman doing it made me cry and was just really horrid. But this time She was amazing and I managed the whole test with her help keeping me calm positive post

Just keep calm and take your time

I Still didn't manage the first one where you breath out hard and fast but I kept my cool and cracked on. I'm scared of small spaces and things blocking my mouth and nose too so it was a miracle I stayed calm lol good luck with your next one love xxx

Glad I'm not the only one with the claustorphobics. The last test where you have to hold yor breath for x amount of seconds always makes my ears pop! I also have a job with the blowing out hard. Next one is on the 21st Feb.
