hello letslaugh
i remember never needing the docs at all before my first symptoms which were really uncomfortable aching more in muscles than joints except for my knees they burned a lot,the fatigued was slow for me as some days i was very heady with head pressure especially behind the eyes which just made me want to sleep all the time to try and clear it but it never did,and some days i felt quite energized which only led to a lot of confusion.

i went to docs on and off for months before i finally saw a different doc who decided to do some investigations, bloods were taken, xrays were done then finally a referral to rhuemy.
my worst problems are aches pains sjogrens with dry eyes ( i hate that) i have allergies so skin can be very sore with rashes. sometimes the aches are so bad that i end on the couch for a couple of days then feel very week,it has been hard adjusting to lupus and everytime i go back for my check ups on bloods urine etc i keep my fingers crossed my organs are still being spared. it is a constant fear that is sometimes hard to control and i can have an emotional break down occassions

i know that there are a lot of people on here that have it a lot lot worse then me but never the less the fear always stays.
